Elle’s journey with message sustainment and learning started when she built a program to re-engage front-line employees in over 500 McDonald’s restaurants. Rather than following traditional formulas for training, she got into the mind of the person behind the cash register and developed learning that made an impact beyond logging in or sitting in an audience.
Through this, she pioneered a revolutionary system of bite-sized learning experiences that were fully integrated with user’s real lives. Knowing that for this audience, she had to keep it simple and ask the right questions, her content gave restaurant managers and employees what they needed to love their jobs and bond as teams.
